Orders

When will my coffee order be roasted?

We roast to order in small batches. Please reach out to us with any questions regarding when a particular coffee is scheduled to roast.

If you place an order through our online shop before 1:30 PM PST, your coffee will be roasted on the next available roast day. However, if you place an order after 1:30 PM PST, your coffee will be roasted on the next available roast day after that. We roast weekly, Monday & Tuesday, and ship on Wednesday. 

Subscription Coffee Orders

Orders for Single Origin Coffee subscriptions are roasted Monday through Friday.

Your subscription will roast the next available roast day after its order date.

Coffees of the World subscriptions are roasted on the last day of every month and shipped during the first week of the following month.

How do I cancel my order?

We strive to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once an order is processed, we cannot make any changes. If you need to stop an order from being shipped, kindly provide us with your order number, and we will do our best to assist you.

What is the return policy?

Although we cannot accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to send you another coffee that you will enjoy or refund the cost of the coffee. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us via tuexte.com within 15 days of purchase.

Subscriptions

How do I pause my subscription?

If you want to temporarily stop or skip one or two shipments, it's easy to do so. Just go to your account dashboard and click on the 'Pause Subscription' link. Choose a date when you want your subscription to resume and it will automatically do so. You'll receive an email confirmation at the email address linked to your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription dashboard

Here's how to do it:

  1. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  2. Answer a quick survey question to help us improve
  3. Confirm by clicking "Cancel"

Once you complete the survey, you will be presented with two options - "Pause" or "Cancel". Clicking on "Cancel" will confirm that you want to unsubscribe.

Delivery

When will my coffee ship?

Our goal is to have your coffee shipped within 48 hours after it is roasted to ensure that you receive our coffee at its optimum freshness.

We roast coffee Monday & Tuesday and ship all orders on Wednesdays via USPS every week. Cut-off time is 8 AM on Wednesday, and orders that reach us past the cut-off time cannot, unfortunately, be guaranteed shipment in the same week. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information at the email address associated with your order/account. You may also log in to your account and click on My Account - Order History to see the tracking information associated with your order.
