When we developed our roast for espresso, we hoped to embody the distinct flavor notes and aroma of a traditional Italian-style profile, one that is on the darker end of the roast.
When creating the profile of our espresso blend, we aim to balance its acidity, sweetness, and bitterness. To achieve this, we select our coffee from different origins, altitudes, varietals, processes, and flavor notes and blend them while highlighting their individual characteristics.
