The coffee from Worka Sakaro, a small municipality in the eastern part of the Gedeb district, is highly sought after and is known as Yirgacheffe. We have roasted this lot to bring out a balance of juicy citrus and caramel sweetness, resulting in a medium to full-bodied coffee with medium acidity. It pairs well with heavier, spicy, and savory foods, and can be elevated with chocolate. We are confident that you will appreciate the flavor and versatility of this coffee from Ethiopia. We enjoy it as a pour-over, filtered, or prepared as a cortado or espresso.
